Douglas has lived in Kitchener-Waterloo for over 15 years and is a graduate of both York University in Toronto and Nijenrode Business School in the Netherlands. He is a Certified Management Accountant and has worked in the field of financial planning for almost 20 years. Douglas’ background makes him analytical and research driven. He is an entrepreneurial and independent thinking investment advisor.
Douglas’ specialty is creating customized financial solutions for families and business owners using a unique client focused and solution oriented financial planning process. Douglas and his wife, Claire, live in Waterloo where he is involved in the community through Boards of a variety of non-profit organizations and volunteering on the Financial Assistance Committee of a Kitchener non-profit. In addition, Douglas has been interviewed a number of times for investment periodicals and radio podcasts.
Richard Lewchuk, CPA, CA
Richard has been employed in the area of financial planning for over 20 years. He began his career as a Chartered Accountant after studying at the University of Windsor, where he received his Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Richard focuses one-on-one with clients, offering personalized attention and financial advice to help minimize taxes through solid strategies and tax-efficient investments.
Richard and his wife, Joyce, have lived in the Kitchener-Waterloo area for over 25 years and recently moved to Orangeville to be closer to family. Their two married children and six grandchildren are a blessed reminder of the importance of living each day to the fullest.
Patricia de Wit
Pat has worked for many years in the financial services and legal industries. Her primary role is providing exceptional client service and administration, which includes financial planning preparation, client file set up, maintenance, compliance and changing mandatory regulatory requirements. Pat is available to answer questions about client portfolios, initiate and process paperwork for clients and book appointments.
Eileen assists part-time in keeping transactions flowing smoothly by providing first-rate client service and support. Before she joined our office she worked in the insurance industry for several years and has been employed in the area of financial services since 2004. Eileen is responsible for administration of client accounts, ensuring client portfolios are up to date and accurate and transactions have been processed.
Marketing and Communications
Lorraine focuses her efforts part-time in the role of Marketing and Communications. She is responsible for planning and executing events, managing new and existing marketing initiatives as well as booking client appointments. Lorraine brings to the team an expertise in the areas of both customer service and administration gained from years in a variety of office administration positions.
